Terms and Conditions

1. Parties

"Muza", "we", "us", or "our" means Daniil Sadovskyi, an individual entrepreneur registered in Poland under NIP 5273163086, with seat at PŁOCKA 38/40, 01-152 Warszawa, Poland. "You" or "User" means the person who creates an account or otherwise uses the Service.

2. Acceptance

You accept these Terms by tapping "Sign up", "Continue with Google / Apple", or otherwise using the Service. You confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or the higher age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and you are not on a sanctions list that prohibits us from providing the Service to you.

3. What the Service is

Muza is a two-sided online marketplace for the beauty industry. We connect three role types — Models, Masters (beauty professionals), and Studios — for discovery, communication, and bookings. Muza is the platform; we are not a party to any booking, shoot, transaction, or interaction that happens between Users. We do not employ any User, do not represent any User as an agent, and do not guarantee that any User will receive any particular outcome from using the Service.

4. Your account

4.1 Sign-up

You create an account by providing an email and password or by using Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple. You choose a role at sign-up. The role is permanent and cannot be changed after the account is created — this is a deliberate platform design decision. If you need a different role, you must create a separate account.

4.2 Account security

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens on your account. Notify us promptly at support@muza.beauty if you suspect unauthorized access.

4.3 One account per person

One natural person may operate one account. Studios are an exception: a studio account represents an organization, not an individual, and a single human may legitimately operate one personal Master account and one Studio account. Multiple personal accounts to evade blocks, manipulate reviews, or inflate metrics are prohibited.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to do any of the following:

• Impersonate any person, create fake profiles, or misrepresent your professional credentials or work history.
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or defraud another User; engage in hate speech; or contact minors except where you have a verifiable lawful basis.
• Post or transmit content that is illegal, obscene, sexually explicit (NSFW), defamatory, infringing, or that promotes violence or self-harm.
• Use the Service for prostitution, escort services, trafficking, or any activity that violates Polish, EU, or your local law.
• Attempt to circumvent verification, manipulate the discovery algorithm, mass-create accounts, scrape data, reverse-engineer the Service, or bypass any rate limit, paywall, or security control.
• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or chain messages.
• Upload portfolio media that you do not own the rights to, or where the depicted person has not consented.
• Post castings that do not represent a real, lawful job opportunity.
• Use the Service to recruit Users to competing platforms in bulk or to systematically extract User contact information.

Violation of these rules can result in content removal, suspension, or permanent account termination, at our reasonable discretion. We will notify you when reasonably practical.

6. Content and licenses

6.1 Your content

"User Content" means anything you submit to the Service — profile information, photos, videos, voice notes, castings, applications, bookings, messages, reviews, and any other content. You keep all rights you already have in your User Content. By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant Muza a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and modify your User Content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service. This license ends when you delete the User Content, except as needed to comply with law (e.g., backups, evidence in a dispute, regulatory retention).

6.2 Your responsibility

You represent and warrant that (a) you own or have all necessary rights in your User Content, (b) it does not infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights, and (c) it complies with these Terms and applicable law.

6.3 Our content

All software, design, logos, marks, trademarks, copy, and other materials produced by Muza are the property of Muza or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use them except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

7. Bookings, services, and payments

Muza facilitates discovery and scheduling between Users. We are not a party to bookings or shoots; we do not arbitrate cancellations, no-shows, payment disputes, or quality of work. You contract directly with the other User. You are responsible for fulfilling your side of any booking, for honoring agreed compensation (TFP — time-for-portfolio, paid, or both), for any tax consequences of the work you perform, and for compliance with local labor and modeling laws where you operate.

During the private beta, the Service is provided free of charge. When paid features (such as Boost or Pro subscriptions) are introduced, additional terms specific to those features will be made available before purchase. We will never take a cut of bookings made between Users outside the Service.

8. Reviews and reputation

After every completed booking, both Users are prompted to leave a 1–5 star review with an optional comment. Reviews are tied to a verified booking and become part of the reviewed User's public profile. You may not delete your own reviews of others except as required by law. Reviews you receive cannot be deleted by you, although we may remove reviews that violate these Terms (e.g., harassment, doxxing, content unrelated to the booking) on a case-by-case basis.

9. Verification

Muza may issue a verification badge to profiles that pass a manual review. Verification is a signal of trust, not a guarantee. We may revoke a verification at any time. We may also decline to verify a profile in our reasonable discretion, particularly where information cannot be confirmed.

10. Moderation and enforcement

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor User Content. We may remove or restrict access to any User Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law. We may suspend or terminate an account that we reasonably believe is engaged in fraud, abuse, harassment, or other harmful activity. Repeated or severe violations may lead to permanent termination. In genuine emergencies (e.g., imminent harm), we may act immediately and notify the User afterward.

11. Intellectual property and DMCA-style notices

If you believe content on Muza infringes your copyright or other intellectual property right, send a notice to support@muza.beauty with: your contact details, identification of the work, the URL or in-app location of the alleged infringement, a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the rights holder or authorized to act, and your signature (electronic is fine). We will review and act in good faith.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by writing to support@muza.beauty. Deletion cascades to your profile, portfolio, bookings, messages, and services. Reviews you left on others remain on their profiles to preserve the integrity of the marketplace, although your display name may be anonymized.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if you have been inactive for an extended period (we will notify you at the registered email and give you a reasonable opportunity to log in before deletion).

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that any other User is who they claim to be, that any booking will result in any particular outcome, or that the Service will be free of errors, security incidents, or service interruptions.

Nothing in this section limits any warranty that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law, including in Poland and the European Union.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Muza is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.
• Muza's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service, regardless of cause of action, is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) €100.

Nothing in this section excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Muza harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, your interactions with other Users, or your breach of these Terms. This does not apply to claims arising from our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Warsaw, Poland, except where mandatory consumer-protection law allows you to bring the dispute in the courts of your country of residence.

EU consumers may also use the online dispute resolution platform provided by the European Commission at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will publish the updated Terms at muza.beauty/terms with a new effective date. Material changes will be announced inside the app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.

18. Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use for the mobile applications, are the entire agreement between you and Muza relating to the Service.
• Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in full effect.
• No waiver. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business.
• Notices. We send notices to the email address registered on your account. You send notices to support@muza.beauty and to the postal address above.
