What Muza is

All the beauty talent near you, in one app.

Finding someone good usually means scrolling Instagram and messaging strangers who might not write back. You can't tell who's reliable or what they really charge, and the great review someone left on a story is gone the next day.

Muza puts the whole search in one place. Browse makeup artists, hair stylists, photographers, and nail techs in your city, see their real work and ratings, and book the one who fits. You pay the price they set, with nothing added on top. After the appointment, you both leave a review, so the next person books knowing what to expect.

  • Free promotion when you post. Post a class, shoot, or practice session and Muza shows it to every matching model nearby — not just the people who already follow you. They land on your full profile: past work, services, reviews, and your Instagram link if you add one. No ad spend, no boosted posts. One post puts your name in front of the right audience the same day.
  • Zero commission, real prices. Muza never takes a cut of a booking. Masters set their own prices and keep all of it, and nothing is added to what you pay. The flat subscription they choose is the only fee on the platform.
  • Free beauty sessions, near you. This is the part no other booking app has. Artists near you often need someone to practice a new look, run a class, or build their portfolio, and they do it for free. A makeup artist posts that she needs someone for an evening-makeup class on Saturday. You sign up, you show up, and you leave with a professional look and photos to keep. Do a few, and your rating starts getting you invited to paid work.
Three roles, one app

Built for everyone in beauty.

Most people open Muza to book someone near them. If that's you, just search and book. The setups below are for the people on the other side of the booking.

Get discovered. Get booked. Get paid.

Artists near you post when they need someone for a shoot, a class, or to practice a new look, often for free. You sign up in a tap, with your photos attached. Every session adds a review to your name, and that reputation comes with you anywhere.

  • A notification when a master nearby needs someone
  • Sign up with your photos in one tap
  • Reviews build a reputation that travels with you
  • See who's near you, save the artists you like
  • Book any master yourself, the same as any client
  • Free forever. No fees, no commission, no card on file
For models

Get booked, and find the people you need.

List your services and let clients book you directly, with no back-and-forth in the DMs. Need someone for a class or a shoot? Post it, and people nearby sign up. Set your hours and breaks so the week runs the way you want.

  • List your services and take bookings directly
  • Post when you need a model, then choose from who signs up
  • Set working hours and breaks that stop double-bookings
  • Chat, shortlist, and book in the same thread
  • A review after every booking builds your name
  • Flat subscription. 0% commission on everything you earn
For masters

Your whole team, under one name.

Run every artist on your team from a single studio profile. Each keeps their own services, prices, and hours, while you see every booking in one place. Clients book the studio, and the right artist gets the job.

  • Every artist under one studio profile and brand
  • Each with their own services, prices, and hours
  • All of the team's bookings in a single view
  • One chat per client, so nothing slips between artists
  • Post when a shoot or class needs a model
  • Flat subscription. 0% commission on every booking
For studios
How it works

From searching to booked.

There are two ways to use Muza. Most of the time, you search for an artist and book them. Other times, a master nearby needs someone, posts it, and people sign up. Either way, the chat, the booking, and the review all live in one place.

  1. Search or post

    Start with what you need.

Search for a service and see who's near you. Or, if you're a master who needs someone for a class or shoot, post it instead. The closest matches come up first either way.

  2. Match in real time

    The right people, fast.

Results are ranked by distance, category, and rating, so good local matches come up first. When a master posts that they need someone, people nearby get a notification the second it goes live.

  3. Book or apply

One tap to lock it in.

Pick a service and a time and confirm. Or, when a master needs someone, you sign up with your photos in one tap and they pick who fits. No DMs, no spreadsheets, no two-day wait for a reply.

  4. Talk it through

    Everything in one chat.

Message the other person right from their profile. Voice notes, photos, a map pin, the price, all of it kept with the booking it belongs to.

  5. The booking, then the review

    Booked, then reviewed.

The time is locked and any breaks respected. Afterward, both sides leave a 1 to 5 star review, and that reputation follows each artist from one city to the next.

Features

What you can do in Muza.

  • Free sessions that find you.

When a master near you needs someone to practice on, your phone lights up. You see what it is, where, and when, and you sign up before anyone else. It's the fastest way to get a free professional session, and it's how a lot of people here get started.

  • Booking that works both ways.

Clients book masters. Masters find people for shoots and classes. It all runs on the same calendar, chat, and reviews, whichever side you're on.

  • Closest to you, first.

Muza ranks everyone by how near they are, plus category and rating. Widen the search radius any time to look further out.

  • A calendar that holds the line.

Masters set their hours, add breaks before and between jobs, and block the days they're off. Two clients can't book the same slot, because the app won't let it happen.

  • Reviews and reputation that travel.

A 1 to 5 star review after every booking. What you build here is public, permanent, and yours to take to any city.

  • Made for studios.

A whole roster under one profile, each artist with their own services and hours, and one place to see every booking and message.

  • In your language, Polish included.

Polish, English, and six more languages, notifications and all. Muza speaks the language you think in.

  • Built to be trusted.

Block anyone in one tap, reports sorted by reason, every booking on record. And every post shows the pay, the place, and the terms up front, before anyone says yes.

Built for your phone

A real app, made for
your phone.

This is a native app, built for your phone from the start. The free session finds you — it pings you the second a master nearby posts, even when it's closed.

  • A notification the second a master nearby needs someone
  • One tap to book, one tap to sign up, nothing slower than that
  • Dark, light, and system themes, with eight accent colors
  • Your calendar, location, and chat photos, all built in
Trust & Safety

Built for trust, designed for safety.

Beauty work is intimate — people meet strangers in private studios. Trust is the product. Every screen in Muza is shaped by that principle.

  • Profiles that show the work.

Every profile shows real photos, services, prices, and reviews from past bookings. Masters can link their Instagram too — so models see who they're signing up with before they say yes.

  • Mutual reviews after every booking.

Both sides leave a 1–5 star review with an optional comment after each shoot. Reviews are public, permanent, and tied to the booking — no anonymous attacks, no deletable reputation.

  • One-tap block & categorised reports.

Block anyone instantly — they vanish from discovery and can no longer message you. Reports are triaged by reason: harassment, scam, no-show, underage, fake profile, NSFW, aggression.

  • Casting transparency.

Every casting must disclose compensation type (TFP, paid, or both), date, location, and conditions before a model applies. No bait-and-switch.

  • Conflict-proof scheduling.

Master-side flex time and rest buffers are checked before any new booking. Double-bookings are mathematically impossible inside the app.

  • Full audit trail.

Every application, accept, decline, edit, cancellation, and booking change is timestamped and visible to both sides. If a dispute happens, the evidence is already there.

Muza is in private beta — moderation is hands-on. Two-factor authentication, automated NSFW detection, and an account-deletion UI are next on the safety roadmap.

How Muza is different

Stop running your beauty work on tools that weren't built for it.

Most beauty work today happens across Instagram DMs and booking apps made for something else entirely. One is great for inspiration, the other for salon appointments. Neither was built to connect masters and models, or to carry your reputation with you.

Capability Today Instagram DMs Today Booking apps Muza One app
Find local talent Hashtag scrolling, hoping the algorithm shows the right city. Built for clients finding salons, not for finding models. Distance-aware discovery ranked by proximity, category, and rating.
See who you're working with Followers aren't a work history, and accounts are easy to fake. A business listing, not a person's portfolio and track record. Full profile, portfolio, reviews, and optional Instagram link — before anyone applies or books.
Book a slot A chat tag, a screenshot, and hope they remember the date. Client books a service slot. No casting, no event posting. Service, date, and slot inside the app. Both sides see it on their calendar.
Find a model for a shoot or class Post a story, sift through replies, lose half of them. Not what they're for — there's no model side at all. Post an event, models nearby get notified the moment it goes live.
Build a reputation that lasts Story tags vanish in 24 hours. No structured ratings. Reviews belong to the business, and they don't follow a model. A 1–5 star mutual review after every booking. Permanent and public.
Keep the conversation in one place DMs, stories, comments, group chats — context fragments fast. Built around the appointment, not the working relationship. One thread per relationship. Casting, booking, message, review — same context.
Work across languages Translate every reply by hand. Usually one or two markets, in those languages only. EN, DE, FR, IT, ES, PL, UK, RU — the app speaks to each user in their own.
Travel with your portfolio Re-curate the grid for every new city. Tied to one salon or business. Nothing moves with you. Portfolio plus rating move with you across cities and platforms.
From the beta

What the first Muza professionals say.

Muza is invite-only during private beta in Warsaw. Below are early voices from the people stress-testing the app on real shoots — quoted with their consent.

I used to spend an entire Sunday writing back to Instagram DMs from photographers I didn't know. Now I open Muza on Monday morning, swipe through castings near me, and apply with my portfolio in one tap. It feels like the industry finally has a real tool.
Anastasiya Editorial model · Warsaw
Flex time and rest time between bookings is the single feature I didn't know I needed. I used to overbook myself every Saturday. Now the app simply refuses to put two clients back-to-back, and my day actually finishes when it should.
Karolina Makeup artist · Warsaw
Running a studio used to mean five spreadsheets, three group chats, and a paper calendar pinned to the wall. Muza lets me see every artist on my team, every booking, every applicant — in one screen. We onboarded all six masters in a day.

Frequently asked

Frequently asked questions

If something here doesn't cover your question, write to us. A human reads every email and replies — usually within 24 hours.

  • Who is Muza for?

Three roles: independent models, freelance beauty masters (makeup, hair, nails, lashes, brows, photography, styling, and adjacent crafts), and studios that operate a roster of masters under one brand. Pick your role at sign-up — it cannot be changed later, by design. If your work doesn't fit one of these three, Muza is probably not for you yet.

  • How much does Muza cost?

Nothing during the private beta. Every feature is unlocked for every role, with no quotas, no credit card, and no trial countdown. After the public launch, the core experience — discovery, messaging, bookings, reviews — stays free forever. Optional paid layers (Boost and Pro) will exist for professionals who want more visibility or higher quotas. Details on the Pricing section above.

  • When will Muza be available on iOS and Android?

iOS is in private beta now and aims to launch publicly via the App Store in Q3 2026. Android ships shortly after, on Google Play. The marketing site you are reading right now is the only web surface at launch; a web client for studio operators is on the longer-term roadmap.

  • How do I know who I'm booking?

Every profile shows photos, services, prices, and reviews from real bookings. Masters can add an Instagram link so you can see more of their work before you apply or book. ID verification is on the roadmap — at launch, reputation comes from reviews and transparent profiles, not a badge.

  • What happens after a booking — how do reviews work?

Once a booking's date passes, both sides are prompted to leave a 1–5 star review with an optional comment. Reviews are public on the profile, tied to a specific booking, and cannot be deleted by the reviewee. Skipping is allowed but discouraged — reviews are what makes the platform credible.

  • What data does Muza collect, and what do you do with it?

We collect what the product needs to work: profile data you provide (name, photo, bio, city, specialties, services, working hours), bookings and reviews you create, messages you send other users, and a device push token for notifications. We do not sell data, we do not run third-party trackers on this marketing site, and we do not show ads. The full Privacy Policy in the footer details every category, the legal basis under GDPR, and how to exercise your rights.

  • Is Muza safe? What if someone harasses me?

Block any user with one tap — they disappear from discovery and can no longer contact you. Report any user with a categorised reason (harassment, scam, no-show, underage, fake profile, NSFW, aggression). Reports are triaged by us during beta. Mutual reviews after every booking create a permanent reputation cost for bad behavior. We are direct about the limits — Muza is a marketplace, not a security service. If something serious happens, contact local authorities first; we will cooperate with any legitimate request.

  • Does Muza take a cut of bookings?

No — not during beta, not at the public launch, and we have committed publicly to never taking a cut of bookings made outside the app. If we ever introduce in-app payments (long-horizon roadmap) we may charge a small platform fee, but only when both sides opt in and only on payments processed through Muza.

  • I'm a studio with 10 masters — how does that work?

A studio profile holds a roster of individual masters. Each master has their own profile under your studio: their own name, photo, specialties, services, working hours, flex and rest settings. Bookings roll up into one calendar view at the studio level, with full per-master filters. You can add, deactivate, or remove masters at any time. Studios get the same verification, reviews, and discovery surface as individual masters — at studio scale.

  • What languages does Muza support?

Eight languages — English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Ukrainian, and Russian — all live from day one and all maintained at parity. We chose this stack because the beauty creator economy across Europe runs across these languages every day. Locale switches in settings; the app respects it everywhere, including push notifications.
